Joanne Donahoe Beckwith is an accomplished cinematographer and producer whose career spans feature films, television, documentaries, commercials, and digital productions. Known for her innovative visual style and resourceful approach to storytelling, she has built a reputation for bringing compelling stories to life across a wide range of genres. Her early breakthrough came through television commercials and short films before joining the groundbreaking ABC comedy series Frontline as Camera and Lighting. This led to a long-standing collaboration with Working Dog Productions, contributing to acclaimed productions including A River Somewhere and UTOPIA. Her extensive credits include Molly: The Real Thing, It's a Date, Librarians, Very Small Business, OUTLAND, First Contact, Little Acorns, Other People's Problems, The Obesity Myth, and Filthy Rich & Homeless.

Michael Smith

Michael Smith is a respected cinema exhibitor, entrepreneur, and producer with more than 25 years of experience in the film industry. As the owner of Melbourne's renowned Sun Theatre in Yarraville, Michael has dedicated his career to supporting cinema, storytelling, and independent filmmaking. His business interests extend beyond exhibition to include regional cinemas, Backlot Studios Southbank, and the founding of Cinema Loro Sa'e, a nonprofit initiative supporting film culture in East Timor. In 1999, he established Spectre Films Present and produced his first feature documentary, Wild Colonial Boy. Michael has continued to champion original storytelling through the production of short films and newsreels screened before feature presentations at the Sun Theatre. His passion for adventure also led him to become the first person to solo circumnavigate the globe in a flying boat in 2015, an achievement documented in his feature documentary Voyage of the Southern Sun. Holding an MBA focused on researching the value of cinema within communities, Michael combines business expertise with a lifelong commitment to the power of storytelling.

Ros Walker

Ros Walker is an experienced producer and line producer whose credits include the feature documentaries Not Quite Hollywood, narrated by Quentin Tarantino, and Jabbed: Love, Fear and Vaccines. She has also produced the feature film Peaches, the children's comedy television series You're Skitting Me, and the documentary Portrait, featuring Nicole Kidman, Barbara Hershey, and John Malkovich. Ros is currently producing a high-end Scandinavian Noir documentary project. Her industry leadership roles include Manager of Film Victoria, Lecturer in Producing at the VCA School of Film and Television, and Director of Screen Production at the Film and Television Institute of Western Australia.
